For our Harris Health partner, the main focus was coordinating and preparing for equipment removal and replacement. The scope, upgrade of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to be fitted for the new equipment. To refresh the space, all finishes including ceilings, drywall, paint and flooring were updated. As a standardized practice with all hospital work, we collaborated with a specialized nurse at LBJ to develop an infection control plan prior to setting containment and beginning selective demolition.
